Have you ever searched the internet with lots of webpages open at once? You could be doing research or booking a holiday, you might even have ten pages open at once. Then, all of a sudden, you get interrupted and have to do something else. Don’t worry, you can bookmark all of your tabs at once to have them saved and ready to go for next time.

If you want to be able to come back to the same webpages at a later date, there is a way to “bookmark” lots of pages at once. A bookmark is exactly what it sounds. If you add a bookmark to a webpage, you can open it with just one click. If you add a mass bookmark for lots of pages, when you click on the bookmark, all the pages will open again.

Bookmark menuTo create a mass bookmark, open the “Bookmarks” menu at the top of the screen, then click “Add Bookmark for These [number] Tabs…”

A little rectangle should pop down. From the drop down menu, choose “favourites”. Then in the text box below, give your bookmark a name, preferably one not too long- in this case, its “weather”. Click “Add”, and you have created your bookmark.

Your bookmark should now appear near the top left of the safari window. If it doesn’t, you may need to click “Show Favourites Bar” from the “View” drop down menu.
